Please submit this form if your trash, recycling, yard waste, or compost was not picked up.

Misses must be reported by 2:00 pm on Tuesdays. After you report a miss, please leave your toters or waste containers out for pick up.

If I report a miss online, do I need to call City Hall to confirm it was received?

Nope! Once a form is submitted, the information is immediately received by City staff who will forward the request to the appropriate service provider–Rumpke or Innovative Organics Recycling.

Rumpke picked up my trash but not my recycling. What should I do?

There are multiple Rumpke trucks that service Bexley at once. Some trucks are dedicated to picking up trash only, the others pick up recycling and yard waste separately. Please wait until the end of the day on Monday to report a miss.

I don’t want to report a trash miss online, do I have to fill out this form?

If for any reason you are not able or do not want to use the online reporting system, please call Bexley City Hall at (614) 559-4200 and a City staff member can assist.

I reported a miss and my trash was still not collected on Wednesday. What should I do?

If your materials were not picked up after you reported a miss to the City, please call (614) 559-4200, or submit the form again and note in the ‘Additional Comments’ section that this is your second report in the same week.
