Twelve official Smoke and Fire Grill Teams will compete head-to-head for the Championship Prize on Sunday, August 28! Thanks to a partnership with Specialty Gas House, the winning team will walk away with a Big Green Egg grill and the 1st Place trophy.
Each festival attendee will receive five (5) tickets to sample food prepared by the teams. Pecan Penny’s and Seventh Son Brewing Company will be selling food and drinks for those who are still hungry after sampling. This event is also being held alongside Jazz in the Park! There will be three different concerts starting at 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm, and 6:30 pm.
