Activity Brochure
& Registration
Each year the Bexley Recreation and Parks Department (BRPD) releases three seasonal activity brochures. The Winter/Spring Brochure is released in January, the Summer Brochure is released in April, and the Fall Brochure is released in August. The BRPD activity offerings for any given season are listed in that season's brochure.
Brochures are now distributed through the US Post Office via Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) to all Bexley Residents. If you are a non-resident or you do not receive the brochure, there will be copies at Jeffrey Mansion, the Library, or City Hall. You may also view or download previous versions below.

Registration Software Switch
Bexley Recreation and Parks Department made the decision to change registration software from ActiveNet software to MyRec registration software on December 14, 2020.
MyRec will improve services to our community in the following ways:
- Lower processing fees for users: Currently, with ActiveNet, online registration includes a ~3.5% processing fee. Moving forward, the MyRec processing fee will be 1%, which will save our community thousands of dollars every year.
- Improved interface both for full and mobile units: We believe that the MyRec interface is much more user friendly, making navigation easier for end users.
- Lower software fees for the department: In addition to lower processing fees for end users, the department was also charged transaction fees for the current software. MyRec has a flat licensing fee for the product that will result in a savings for the department.
- Improved Online Registration for Summer Camp, Before/After Care Programming, and Pool Memberships: Due in large part to the difference in the fee structure and the subsequent savings, with MyRec, we will now be able to offer online registration for Jeffrey Summer Camp, Before/After Care, and Pool Memberships. This will drastically improve the registration experience for our end users as participants will be able to register and pay online, versus in-person registration. Additionally, operating these programs in the MyRec software will improve communication and data access!
