Serving as the strategic plan for the City, this report addresses issues of residential and commercial development, infrastructure, finances, safety and community quality of life.

Bike Friendly Bexley Plan
The plan considers Bexley’s bike infrastructure and policies and works towards creating an even bike friendlier community.

Commonwealth Park Master Plan
The plan document provides a summary of the park development process, the vision and goals, and sets a design standard for all future developments of the park.

Jeffrey Mansion Master Plan
This plan is focused on visioning conceptual designs for better meeting the needs of current and projected uses at Jeffrey Mansion, including related adjacent site-work for supporting Mansion operations.

Joint Livingston Avenue Plan
This plan is the result of over a year-long partnership effort between the City of Columbus and City of Bexley with the mission of providing a safe, accessible, and attractive roadway corridor.

Main Street Design Guidelines
Tentative Update in 2023!
The Main Street Design Guidelines serve as a model for property owners to improve their individual portion of the corridor, thereby creating a more successful neighborhood for all.

Safe Routes to School Plan
SRTS is a national and international movement to create and inspire safe, convenient, and fun opportunities for children to bicycle and walk to and from schools.

S.W. Bexley Strategic Framework
This plan provides recommendations for improving the southwest Bexley area while enhancing the interface between Capital University, Trinity Lutheran Seminary, and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Zero Waste Plan
This plan includes ways Green Bexley will assist the city in achieving its goal of reducing 90% of materials disposed at the landfill by 2040. Reduction will occur through engagement, education, and infrastructure enhancements.
