The Bexley Community Foundation (BCF) will be hosting a Texas Hold’em Poker Fundraiser and Festival on Friday, February 2 at Jeffrey Mansion!

Participation Age: 21+
Early-Bird Registration is $50/player through February 1, 2024.
Day of Registration will be available at the door for $75/player.

50% of proceeds will go to cash prizes and the remaining 50% will support the mission of the Bexley Community Foundation.
Food will be provided by Jimmy Johns!

About this Event
This 21+ fundraiser and festival will require pre-registration ($50) through Eventbrite with fees going directly to BCF. The festival will include the poker fundraiser and additional activities for the participants such as a yard game room, craft room, and Bexley Historical Society display. Day of walk-ins will also be accepted at the door for $75 per person. Re-Buys will be offered through 8:30 pm as well as a one-time add-on fee at the break.
BCF will receive 50% of the player fees (including Re-Buys and Add-Ons). The remaining 50% will go towards the prize money for the final table with a percentage based break-down for the payout of 1st – 8th place. Subs will be provided by Jimmy John's and drinks (non-alcohol) will be included in the player fee. Beer will be available for purchase at the bar.
