Redevelopment is on the horizon for North Cassady and East Livingston avenues as The Community Builders (TCB) prepares to break ground on their two “Bexley Apartments” sites. Years in the making, this milestone reflects extensive planning, community engagement, and strong collaboration between the City, TCB, and the Bexley Community Improvement Corporation (CIC), the City’s nonprofit development partner.
Once complete, the development will create new affordable housing opportunities, enhance the surrounding streetscape, and establish a future home for the City’s senior center—bringing new energy, investment, and community amenities to two of our core commercial corridors. As planning for the senior center advances, expect opportunities to provide feedback to help ensure the new space is designed with our community needs in mind.
